We are a family-owned, third generational company that makes chicharron and carnitas! The company was originally founded in the late 1960's by Francisco Martinez, who immigrated from Mexico to the United States. The company operated from what was once their family home, then in the 70's, Raul "Bomba" Gonzalez upgraded the building into its current form as a USDA inspected establishment. This expansion led to the packaging and distribution of our chicharron to retail outlets and restaurants of the El Paso-Juarez binational metropolitan area. After his passing, the business continued to operate under the daughter of the original owner, Laura Martinez Gonzalez. In the late 2000's, she led the reopening of our retail storefront, selling delicious chicharron and adding items like carnitas and turkey tails to the menu. Her son, David, is the current owner who continues the production for wholesale distribution and  operation of the retail store for our walk-in customers.
